1) The warranty period begins from the date of use of the service with Light Painting Paradise Studio, and can not be extended in any case by replacing a component in a repair or exchange. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and explicitly excludes any of the following.
1.1) Improper use, handling or maintenance by the CUSTOMER of a terminal, equipment, peripheral or component.
1.2 Improper repair, modification or expansion by the CUSTOMER of a terminal, equipment, peripheral or component.
1.3 Wear resulting from the use of the product.
1.4 Configuration incorrect software / hardware configuration, by the CUSTOMER, of a device, terminal, peripheral or component.
2) EExcept in the case of the On-Site Guarantee, the General Guarantee does not include transportation or travel costs. Any item damaged, whether within or outside the warranty period, must be mailed prepaid to Light Painting Paradise Studio, otherwise merchandise will not be accepted.
3) If you wish to return your order we will be happy to do so, however please note that all refunds are made using a discount code for the relevant amount, which will be applied to your next order.
To qualify for a refund, the returned services must be unused. That is, the study and its accessories have not been used.
